All sessions are between 15-20 minutes long. But how much you time to dedicate to creating a daily rest practice outside the course is up to you!

This is a secular course that offers powerful tools and teachings to solve the problems you face in your daily life -but it also has transformative spiritual wisdom woven throughout. Because I am a spiritual teacher. My ultimate mission is to help you access higher states of consciousness and embodied experiences of knowing that elevate the way you move through the world.
