    Because this is a burnout prevention course - and chances are - excess screen time is part of why you're here. I've created this as an audio course so you can give your eyes - and your nervous system a break. 🙏🏼

  • How much time will I need to dedicate?

    All sessions are between 15-20 minutes long. But how much you time to dedicate to creating a daily rest practice outside the course is up to you!

  • After I finish the course, how much time do you recommend for a daily rest practice like Yoga Nidra?

    If you're using Yoga Nidra as an 'NSDR' tool for burnout prevention, aim to set aside 20-30 minutes a day.

  • Is this is a spiritual course? Be honest.

    This is a secular course that offers powerful tools and teachings to solve the problems you face in your daily life -but it also has transformative spiritual wisdom woven throughout. Because I am a spiritual teacher. My ultimate mission is to help you access higher states of consciousness and embodied experiences of knowing that elevate the way you move through the world.

    Oh yes. Hilary Jackendoff is a Los Angeles based Yoga Nidra & meditation teacher, Teacher Trainer and Human Design coach.
